Week of April 28

Reading

Reading logs will be sent home every Monday!  Please read for 10 minutes every night with your child.  Record the title of the book.  Reading logs should be returned to school the following Monday. :)  Reading logs are averaged into each child's Reading grade each quarter.  Reading Logs must be turned in no later than WEDNESDAY to receive credit for that week's log!

Word Wall words will begin in Theme 1 of our Reading series!  We will add new words to our Word Ring each Monday and they will be sent home to practice.  Please return the Word Ring the following Monday so we can add the next week's new words.

Math

Math homework will be sent home every Tuesday and Thursday.  It should be returned to school the following day!  Math homework is averaged in to each child's Math grade each quarter.

Spelling

Spelling words will be given during Theme 3 of our Reading series!  We will have 8 words each week.  Study lists will be sent home every Monday to practice and tests will be given each Friday.  Spelling list will be sent home on Mondays!  Here are this week's words:
