All students seeking admission may call the school office at: (217) 544-4553.

The following must be completed before enrollment in St. Aloysius:

  1. Registration form completed and tuition agreement signed.
  2. All registration fees must be paid in full.
  3. Birth or Baptismal Certificate, and immunization record.
  4. Transfer of records form signed, which would include:
    1. This year's and the previous year's report cards
    2. standardized test scores if applicable must be presented by students registering from another school.
  5. In case of parental divorce or separation, a certified copy of the final recorded instrument must be on file in the school office for referral in any matter pertaining to custody. This includes matters pertaining to school records, other academic information, and student pick-up. The school will not be held responsible for failing to honor arrangements that have not been made known.
  6. If a student is transferring from another Catholic school, all accounts must be cleared at the sending school before registration and enrollment can be completed.
  7. All transfer students to St. Aloysius School will remain on academic and behavioral probation for their first nine weeks.
