Athletic Fees

All student athletes participating in sports at St. Aloysius School will be required by the IESA to have the following documentation on file.  These items must be turned into the Athletic Director or School Office prior to participating in any sports.
 

• Sports Physical
• Concussion Information Sheet

Along with the required documentation a participation fee must be paid by each student athlete.  There is a base $75 fee to be a part of the program along with a $25 fee per sport played.  Please indicate the sports your student athlete will participate in this year and enclose the fee.
